Player Relations Team Lead – Customer Experience

Hi! 

I'm Katie and I currently lead and support the Player Relations Team who are a team of affordability specialists, dedicated to ensuring our players are protected from potential financial or gambling-related harm. 

I've been part of tombola since 2020, starting off within our dedicated SafePlay team before moving to PRT in April 2021. My favourite thing about working here is the passion everyone has to protect our players from harm, each team works collaboratively together with the same shared goal of making tombola a safe and fun form of entertainment.

When I'm not working, I love spending time with my husband and Freddie our Dachshund, going on walks to find the best pub grub or just tormenting everyone around me with my insane obsession with Taylor Swift!
