As a Safeplay Advisor at tombola, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our players are gambling responsibly and that we are doing everything we can to promote safer gambling practices. Your main responsibility will be to use player behavioural data to identify potential increased risk and interact with players via phone, email, and live chat to gain a better understanding of how they're using tombola and their relationship with gambling.
Using a risk-based approach, you will monitor player behaviour and determine the most appropriate level of action required to help that individual avoid harmful gambling. You'll also keep up to date with regulatory requirements and process changes to ensure the most appropriate actions are taken.
You'll be passionate about promoting and educating safer gambling practices across the business. You'll be a team player and an excellent communicator, with experience of working in an environment that requires the ability to multitask. You'll have confidence in making decisions based on the assessment of risk and have a high attention to detail, with the ability to understand and interpret a varied amount of information.
You'll take charge of your own development by encouraging feedback and further training where needed. You'll also have the ability to adapt to change and understand the need for continuous evaluation.

What we need from you
First and foremost, Danish language skills (both written and spoken) are essential for this role as you'll be working with players based in Denmark.
