Core Responsibilities 💼
Create and Apply Task Rotas
Design and implement task schedules to ensure seamless operational flow and team efficiency.
Complete Operational Shifts
Participate in and oversee operational shifts, including identity verification processes to maintain community integrity.
Maintain Team Communication Channels
Keep all team communication channels active and up-to-date, including managing WIKI pages.
Report and Escalate Key Events
Monitor significant community events and escalate them appropriately to ensure timely resolutions.
Support Efficient Time Management
Assist the team in effective time allocation and prioritisation of tasks to enhance productivity.
Report Process Failings
Identify and communicate any process inefficiencies to the Community Team Leader for continuous improvement.
Share Best Practices
Highlight and disseminate effective practices within the team to elevate standards and performance.
Provide Multi-jurisdictional Support
Deliver cross-team support across various jurisdictions to ensure cohesive community management.
Communicate Important Business Changes
Facilitate clear communication of key business updates and changes to the community.

Pay: 13.90€/hour and Night plus 1.44€/hour
Working Pattern: (all times local to Spain)
Monday: 0800 - 1400
Tuesday: 1800 - 0000
Wednesday: 1800 - 0000
Thursday: 1800 - 0000
Friday: 1800 - 0000
Type of Contract: Temporary - Coverage of long unpaid leave.
Attributes of Success 🚀
- Education to at least bachelor’s degree.
- Exceptional communication skills that effectively bridge diverse team members and community participants.
- A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement within the role.
- Capability to identify and propose innovative solutions for community engagement challenges.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for successful role execution
- Very good knowledge of MS office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in a similar position, supervising an active team.
- Relevant experience in staff development and performance management processes.
- Substantial experience dealing with HR matters.
