We’ll set you up for success from the start. You’ll have a team of Marketing experts at your fingertips, as well as our Emerging Talent Partner, in Sunderland, to support you throughout your time at tombola.
We will be accepting applications until 29th February 2024.
If your application is successful, you’ll go through three rounds of testing.
Round 1: You’ll be invited to complete a short online assessment relevant to the programme you have applied for.
Round 2: You’ll be invited to complete a second online assessment with SHL who specialise in general ability and personality testing. This round is to ensure we place you in the right area if you are successful!
Final Round: You’ll be invited to an in-person assessment centre taking place in April 2024.
