We're on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our fantastic Product & Insights team in Sunderland. This isn't just a job; it’s a chance to make a massive impact by providing data-driven recommendations that influence our most popular games and products!

What you'll be getting up to (a glimpse into your new role!):

You'll be a key part of our Product & Insights function, working to deliver against our biggest goals and OKRs. A typical day might look like this:

• Performing deep-dive analysis on game performance, new features, and experiments.
• Building dashboards and reports using Tableau to empower stakeholders to self-serve their data needs.
• Presenting your findings to key stakeholders and providing clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Building strong relationships with teams across Tombola and the wider Flutter group.
• Working with Data Engineering to help develop our data platform and improve our processes.

What we're looking for in you (your superpowers!):

We're looking for someone who is analytical, inquisitive, and passionate about what they do.

The Must-Haves:

• Experience with SQL (Redshift / Oracle / MSSQL).
• A solid understanding of data visualisation software, Tableau preferred, Looker, Qlikview.
• An analytical and inquisitive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage your workload effectively.
• A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach.

The Nice-to-Haves (bonus points if you have these!):

• Experience with software packages used for statistical analysis (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience working with complex datasets.
• A knowledge of the online gambling industry.
