Data Product Manager
The opportunity
This is a high-impact role shaping how data drives decision-making across the business.
As a Data Product Manager, you’ll own the vision and roadmap for our core data products—from data models and behavioural analytics to AI/ML and our data platform. You’ll play a key role in turning business needs into scalable data capabilities that deliver real commercial value.
Working across Product, Technology, Data, and the wider business, you’ll ensure our data products are trusted, well-governed, and continuously evolving to meet future needs.
What you’ll do
Own and evolve a portfolio of data products, with clear goals, value, and measurable outcomes
Translate business needs into prioritised roadmaps and data product requirements
Balance short-term demand with long-term platform strategy
Define success metrics and track adoption, quality, and impact
Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and BI teams to drive delivery
Champion a product mindset across data
What you’ll bring
Experience in product management within data, analytics, or technology
Strong understanding of modern data platforms and analytics
Confidence managing stakeholders and making prioritisation decisions
Ability to connect technical delivery to commercial outcomes
A structured, pragmatic approach with a focus on impact
