Staff Networks are where people with lived experience can get together in a safe, non-judgemental space to discuss the unique experiences and difficulties faced within the workplace as a result of identity. A part of our Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy is to support networks within tombola. We have an established Women’s Network and Disability Network and will soon be launching a Women in Tech Network.

A benefit of working at tombola is, our office staff have the flexibility to work from home two days a week, plus core hours at tombola are 10am-4pm to support a good work-life balance.
