What's Your Role?
As a Paid Social Manager, your role will be pivotal in aligning our values with our social media strategies. With a "player first always" mindset, you'll prioritise creating paid social media campaigns across various platforms that resonate with our player community, ensuring their needs are at the forefront. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop paid social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audiences, messaging, and campaign goals.
- Create, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, and Twitter.
- Develop compelling ad creative, copy, and messaging tailored to specific audience segments.
- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimisations to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
- Utilize audience insights and data analytics to identify and target relevant audience segments.
- Implement advanced targeting strategies to maximize reach and engagement while minimizing ad spend wastage.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to campaigns with the highest ROI.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Track key metrics and KPIs, such as conversions, engagement rates, and new player acquisition costs.
- Use data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Communicate campaign updates, performance metrics, and insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities.
Who we are looking for?
As a Paid Social Manager, you will leverage your extensive expertise and background in managing paid social media campaigns to drive our strategies forward. With over three years of experience in either agency or in-house settings, you bring a deep understanding of various social media platforms, including Meta, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and others, as well as proficiency in utilising advertising tools like Meta Business Manager, Snapchat Campaign Manager, and Twitter Ads. Your familiarity with analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, enables you to track and measure campaign performance effectively, while your experience with data visualization and reporting tools enhances your ability to provide insightful analysis.
You excel in crafting compelling ad copies and visuals that drive engagement and conversions, leveraging A/B testing and optimisation techniques to maximize effectiveness. Moreover, your expertise extends to managing budgets efficiently and optimising spending to achieve maximum ROI, supported by your understanding and implementation of conversion tracking mechanisms and attribution models. With strong verbal and written communication skills, you are adept at articulating ideas and conveying marketing strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders alike. Furthermore, your leadership capabilities shine through as you inspire and lead teams, setting clear goals, providing direction, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, thus ensuring the success of our paid social media endeavours.
