We’re looking for a commercially brilliant and strategically minded Senior Commercial Manager to lead the charge across three of our most exciting international markets – Italy, Spain and the Nordics.
This is a high-impact, senior leadership role at the heart of tombola’s international growth story. You’ll lead a talented team of regional Growth Leads, champion local insight in a cross-functional environment, and take full ownership of commercial performance across these diverse and dynamic markets.

What you'll be doing
🚀 Strategic Growth Leadership
- Define and lead the long-term commercial strategy for Italy, Spain and the Nordics.
- Represent these regions at senior leadership forums and planning cycles.
💰 Commercial Ownership & Budget Accountability
- Own the commercial performance of your markets – including player growth, revenues and ROI.
- Forecast, reallocate and optimise budget to drive profitable results.
👥 Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Growth Leads.
- Foster collaboration and build capability across the wider Commercial function.
🤝 Cross-Functional Influence
- Be the commercial voice in go-to-market planning, acquisition, brand, product and CRM.
- Balance regional priorities with tombola’s global objectives.
📈 Market Insight & Innovation
- Stay close to market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes.
- Spot new growth opportunities and steer localised innovation.
🎯 Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Guide regional marketing and retention campaigns with insight-led thinking.
- Ensure everything we do is locally relevant, compliant and performance-driven.
🔐 Governance & Compliance
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory excellence in all commercial activity.
What we're looking for
✅ Strategic Operator
You’ve led commercial strategies across markets, balancing big-picture thinking with data-led action.
✅ Team Leader
You’ve built, coached and developed teams to perform at their best — and know how to lead with clarity and empathy.
✅ Commercial Mindset
You know how to drive ROI, manage large budgets and use performance data to steer decisions.
✅ Market Know-How
Experience in Italy, Spain or the Nordics is essential — online gaming or performance-led consumer industries are a bonus.
✅ Excellent Communicator
You’re great with stakeholders and can confidently represent your team and markets to senior leadership.
✅ Multilingual (ideally!)
Fluency in English is a must. Italian would be a strong advantage. Spanish or a Nordic language (e.g. Swedish, Danish) would be a plus.
