We’re looking for a Senior Online Media & Paid Social Manager to lead our digital media strategy and drive tombola’s growth across the UK and Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our paid social and online media activity — shaping the strategy, leading the team, and ensuring campaigns deliver across both brand and performance objectives. You’ll play a key role in raising awareness, driving engagement, and growing our player base, working across platforms like Meta, Snapchat, programmatic video/display, and app-focused networks.

What you’ll be doing
- Develop and own the full-funnel paid social and online media strategy — driving brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition across key markets.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the paid media team to deliver innovative, high-performing campaigns.
- Manage significant budgets with a focus on maximising ROI and balancing short-term results with long-term brand growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Media Planning, and Analytics teams to ensure a consistent and aligned approach across channels.
- Optimise campaign performance through data-driven insights, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Champion creative testing frameworks, ensuring that messaging and formats continually evolve to maximise performance.
- Partner with Analytics to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and turn insights into actionable improvements using tools such as Tableau and Appsflyer.
- Analyse performance across web and app journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee agency and vendor relationships, ensuring best-in-class campaign delivery across all digital channels.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in digital performance marketing, with a focus on paid social and online media.
- A proven track record in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across awareness and acquisition objectives.
- Strong experience managing large-scale budgets and achieving measurable results.
- Deep understanding of media buying across paid social, programmatic, and app activity.
- Advanced analytical skills, with hands-on experience using Tableau, Appsflyer, and other data tools.
- Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing projects in fast-paced environments.
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
