Role overview
We’re looking for a creative and driven Video Producer to join our Brand & Planning team. This role will be responsible for producing high-quality video content across social media, marketing campaigns, in-game promotions, and digital advertising.
While this role is primarily based in Sunderland, we’re open to candidates based in Gibraltar, Dublin, or working remotely. If based outside Sunderland, there will be an expectation to travel to our Sunderland office once a month for team collaboration and planning.
You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, and social teams to concept, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging video content that brings tombola’s brand to life and connects with audiences across multiple platforms.
Key accountabilities & responsibilities
Create, shoot, and edit video content for social media, marketing campaigns, display advertising, and in-game promotions
Develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts for video projects, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams to plan and deliver compelling, audience-first content
Optimise video content for different platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and web
Stay up to date with trends in video production, social media, and digital content, bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to the team
Manage multiple projects from concept through to delivery, meeting deadlines while maintaining high production standards
Contribute creatively to wider brand and marketing campaigns, supporting with ideas, storytelling, and execution
Skills, capabilities & experience
Proven experience (2–5+ years) as a Video Producer, Video Content Creator, or in a similar role
A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating video production, editing, and storytelling capability
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar
Experience with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects is desirable but not essential
Strong understanding of social media platforms, video formats, and best practices
Excellent creative, visual, and storytelling skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work cross-functionally and contribute ideas
