Introducing the Accessibility Hub
Recently, we’ve been working on a brand-new Accessibility Hub that everyone at tombola can access via an internal intranet.
This dedicated space brings together everything needed to make tombola a more inclusive place to work. It’s bright, engaging, and packed with practical resources that help everyone - whether they’re a manager supporting a neurodivergent team member, someone returning from sick leave and exploring workplace adjustments, or simply looking for ways to make meetings more accessible and inclusive.
The Hub offers everything from guidance on inclusive conversations and accessibility tools to information about tombola’s disability network. It’s a space designed not just for those who need immediate support, but for anyone who wants to learn, grow, and be a better ally.
What makes this initiative stand out is how it turns inclusion into action. Team members are already using it to upskill through online learning, discover assistive tools, and deepen their understanding of topics like physical disabilities and neurodiversity.
At tombola, there’s a strong belief that everyone should be empowered to be the best version of themselves and the Accessibility Hub helps make that possible. It’s another step towards ensuring inclusivity isn’t the exception, but the default.
If you’re as passionate about accessibility and inclusion as we are, there are plenty of great resources out there to explore. From learning how to make digital content more accessible to understanding neurodiversity at work, these tools are a great place to start.
