Key Responsibilities for Payroll Process Management

As our Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Process Payroll: Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and correct distribution of wages.
• Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Coordinate with HR: Collaborate with the HR department to ensure payroll policies align with employment regulations and company policies.
• Handle Queries: Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees efficiently.

Experience and Skills Required

• Payroll Experience: Solid experience in payroll processing or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software, ideally Sage, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
