Key Responsibilities for Payroll Process Management
As our Payroll Specialist, you will:
- Process Payroll: Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and correct distribution of wages.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Coordinate with HR: Collaborate with the HR department to ensure payroll policies align with employment regulations and company policies.
- Handle Queries: Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees efficiently.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay updated with applicable laws and regulations to ensure payrolls are compliant.
Experience and Skills Required
- Payroll Experience: Solid experience in payroll processing or a related field.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software, ideally Sage, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with team members and employees.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
